Shipping and delivery:
The date of the shipping process shall depend on your purchase order, in terms of city and method of payment.

In case the failure to contact the customer on the specified date, there shall be a delay in delivering the shipment without any responsibility on Food Foods Co.
In case the failure of the customer to receive the product/ (s) within 24 hours, Food Foods Co. shall be entitled to cancel the invoice and sell the reserved product/ (s) at the customer’s request, and the customer shall be entitled to recover the amount of the invoice after deducting 50% of its value as damages to the quality of the product.
The customer shall incur the value of the shipping costs and any other fees in case the customer desires to postpone or cancel the delivery date.
Delivery shall be free if the customer orders more than 100 riyals.

1. Payment by credit card (Visa or MasterCard):

In case of a request to return the amount by the customer, the credit card purchase fee shall be deducted at (0.8%) of the value of the purchases, if you use Mada card or ATM card.
3. Payment upon delivery:
We accept payment on purchases delivery, as an alternative method of using a credit card. By using this method, you shall be able to pay when you receive the products you ordered.
In addition, Food Foods Co. shall be entitled to cancel payment requests upon receipt in case the customer postpones or failed to respond.
